08.00 AM: After breakfast at your hotel, our tour guide and driver will pick you up and just after a short drive of nearly 2 hours, you will arrive Thai Nguyen.
 
We will visit the Thai Nguyen Museum of Ethnology to learn about the hill tribes in the mountainous region of northern Vietnam, and then continue our journey to Cho Ra and enjoy picturesque landscapes along the way. After that, we have lunch in Cho Ra Town in a local restaurant.
 
In the afternoon, we head to Ba Be and spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the amazing Ba Be National Park on a local boat. The views consist of stunning karst formations all around you covered with patches of wild vegetation and rich wildlife.
 
After the tour, we will then transfer you to your accommodation at Ba Be, take a rest before having your traditional dinner.

08.00 AM: After your breakfast, we will pay a visit to Hua Ma Cave by bike. Hua Ma Cave is a beautiful cave with its mysterious legend and impressive stalactites. All these stalactites were formed over millions of years which makes Hua Ma Cave not only a beautiful spot but also an interesting site for those who research geology.
 
Afterwards, we will continue driving nearly 40km to Ha Hieu to capture some outstanding photos of mighty terraced rice fields and spectacular mountain views. We will then continue driving to Bao Lac through Tinh Tuc village which will show you a way of life that has continued unchanged for hundreds of years. Lunch along the way.
 
After lunch, we will drive along the Gam River up to a steep mountain and explore the remote lands between Cao Bang to Bao Lac – a small town in the mountainous region of Northern Vietnam. This area is home to the Black Lo Lo ethnic group. Take an hour walk around the village of the ethnic people with our guide, then back to your accommodation, relax and ready for the dinner.

The Ma Pi Leng Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 1.500m (4,921ft) above the sea level. The Ma Pi Leng Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 1.500m (4,921ft) above the sea level. This pass is located on the Happiness Road connecting Dong Van and Meo Vac with a length of about 20 km. The name of this pass is the name of the most dangerous road in Vietnam, in the province of Ha Giang. Being one of the "four great mountains passes" in the mountains of northern Vietnam, next to O Quy Ho Pass, Khau Pha Pass and Pha Din Pass, Ma Pi Leng has become an indispensable destination whenever referring to Ha Giang. It's said to be the most breathtaking mountain road in all of Vietnam and words can't even describe how amazing this pass is. Tucked away along the picturesque Dong Van Karst Plateau, the winding Nho Que River flows like green thread shimmering north from heaven. The art of making linen fabric has been passing from generations to generations in Lung Tam. Quan Ba Heaven Gate is the first gateway to the global geological park of Dong Van stone plateau. The story behinds the name is in 1939, the French built a huge door made of 150cm thick wood at the gates of heaven. Today the gate is no longer and replaces with a sign in both Vietnamese and English words: "Cong Troi Quan Ba". This is definitely the most ideal place to have a glimpse of the Dong Van plateau, looking backwards downhill, the zigzag road weaving between clouds and mountains.
